Where We Ship

BSForge ships anywhere in South Africa via courier. We're based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and every order is dispatched from there once confirmed.

Shipping Cost

For printers and accessories, shipping is included in the listed price — the price you see on the product page is the total price, with no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

Filament orders work differently: a delivery fee is added at checkout, based on how many spools you're ordering and whether you choose door delivery or free in-person pickup. The fee is shown in your cart before you pay, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

Pay Now orders are confirmed immediately and go into our dispatch queue right away; manual quote requests are confirmed by BSForge directly before anything ships. Printers are typically built and imported to order rather than held on a shelf — standard dispatch is around 2 weeks from a confirmed order, and we'll contact you directly if a specific order needs longer. Delivery time on top of dispatch depends on courier schedules and your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the courier's tracking details so you can follow its progress to delivery.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If a package arrives visibly damaged or the contents were damaged in transit, contact us straight away with photos. This is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy — depending on what you choose, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you, plus a discount as a goodwill gesture where repair or replacement is the outcome.
