BSForge ships anywhere in South Africa via courier. We're based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and every order is dispatched from there once confirmed.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the listed price of every product — the price you see on a product page and in your cart is the total price, with no separate shipping charge added at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Time
BSForge checkout is enquiry-led: submitting a request captures your order, but nothing ships until we've confirmed pricing, stock, and the details directly with you first. When we confirm your order, we'll also confirm the expected dispatch and delivery timeframe — this can vary with stock availability and courier schedules, especially for made-to-order or kit items.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the courier's tracking details so you can follow its progress to delivery.
If Something Arrives Damaged
If a package arrives visibly damaged or the contents were damaged in transit, contact us straight away with photos. This is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy — we'll repair or replace the item and apply a discount as a goodwill gesture. No refund is issued, in line with that policy.
