The terms that apply when you use bsforge.co.za or place an order with BSForge. Plain language, no fine-print surprises.

BSFORGE (registration no. 2026/267894/07, a Private Company registered in South Africa, directors James Wheeler and Stefan van Niekerk) is an authorised reseller of Prusa Research 3D printers, filaments, and accessories, based at 144 Ria Road, Murrayfield, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0184. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices on this site are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Printer and accessory prices include shipping within South Africa; filament orders carry a separate delivery fee, shown in your cart before you pay, based on spool count and your chosen delivery method — see our Shipping Policy for details. Some products are marked "Price on request" — for these, we confirm pricing directly with you before any order is placed. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed with you at order time is the price that applies.
Checkout offers two paths. Pay Now takes payment immediately and securely through Stitch (instant EFT, cards, and other supported methods) — your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, subject to product availability and your statutory cancellation and return rights (see our Returns & Refunds Policy). If you'd prefer not to pay online, you can instead submit a manual quote request: this captures your cart and contact details only, no payment is taken, and BSForge confirms pricing, stock, and next steps with you directly before any payment is requested.
Printers are built and imported to order rather than held on a shelf; standard dispatch is around 2 weeks from order. If a specific order needs longer than that, we'll contact you directly with an accurate estimate. Stock levels and availability are otherwise shown as accurately as we can manage, but can change between browsing and order confirmation — if something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and discuss alternatives, lead time, or cancellation.
All hardware sold by BSForge is genuine, sourced through the official Prusa Research channel. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to Prusa products, and BSForge assists with warranty claims and after-sales support as your local authorised reseller. This manufacturer warranty applies in addition to — never instead of — the Consumer Protection Act's implied warranty and BSForge's own obligations as the supplier of the goods, set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Site content, photography, and copy on bsforge.co.za belong to BSForge unless otherwise credited. Prusa, Prusament, and related marks are trademarks of Prusa Research a.s.; BSForge's use of them reflects our status as an authorised reseller, not ownership of those marks.
BSForge supplies genuine hardware and materials as a reseller and is not the manufacturer of the products it sells. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable — see our Returns & Refunds Policy), liability for gross negligence, and any liability arising from unsafe or defective goods. Subject to that, and only to the extent permitted by South African law, BSForge's liability does not extend to indirect or consequential loss arising from product use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these terms from time to time as the business evolves. The current version, with its last-updated date, always applies to orders placed after it goes live.
